Frame tent structure

Frame tent structures consist of a structure (the structure can be steel or aluminum), and PVC cover. The section, thickness and shape of structural elements are selected taking into account the stability and perception of external loads (snow, wind, etc.), as well as customer requirements. Frame tent structures can be operated in all climatic zones from -30 ° С to + 50 ° С. Frame-tent hangars can be implemented as temporary structures, but at the same time they do not require the arrangement of a powerful foundation, since they do not exert a significant load on the base and in most cases are installed on a strip-type concrete foundation or columnar foundations with embedded parts for each rack. They have high performance indicators (they are quickly mounted and dismantled if it is necessary to install at a new place, are easy to operate, have excellent autonomy, reasonable price, etc.)

Steel profile is more affordable. The use of an aluminum profile allows you to create awning structures that are lightweight and durable (term of use of the aluminum frame is more than 70 years).

PVC coated fabric is used for the production of the shell. The casing can have an additional layer of PVDF or acryl to protect the fabric from UV radiation and premature breakdown. A characteristic parameter of PVC fabric is density (g / m2) and physical parameters of strength along the warp and weft (along and across the roll). For structures up to 25 m wide, fabric with a density of 650 ... 680 g / m² is used, over 25 m - 900 g / m² and more. The type of fabric used depends on the operating conditions and must be chosen by the designer. Fabric parts are connected to each other by welding or glue. Welding is performed using a hot wedge / air or HFC (high frequency currents).

PVC coating of the Frame tent structure is a single-layer or multi-layer shell, but more often a single-layer version of the coating is used (temporary cold warehouse, hangar, etc.).

Insulated tent frame buildings are highly energy efficient due to the installation of an insulation package between two layers of PVC, which can significantly reduce the cost of heating or cooling, depending on the operational requirements. The design provides for all technical openings and fixings for the installation of heating, lighting and ventilation systems. That makes it possible to operate them at any time of the year.

An apron can be located along the perimeter of the frame tent structure to seal the abutment of the building to the ground (foundation).

Frame-awning buildings and structures can be equipped with entrance groups of various types: metal doors on a frame with a quick-release mechanism, swing gates, sectional overhead and roller shutter gates.

The structure can be partially or fully supported by other buildings, walls or adjacent to them.

Frame tent structure can be equipped with additional equipment: heating, air conditioning, autonomous power supply, etc.

Heating / ventilation / cooling equipment is located outside the frame tent structure and is connected to it by air ducts-tubes. Heating equipment can be of any type. The air recirculation opening is covered with a PVC fabric grill.

Frame and tent pavilions, in essence, are collapsible structures. They do not belong to capital structures, therefore, they require a minimum of documents for their operation.

An image can be applied to the shell surface using full-color printing or removable banners can be attached.

When equipped with a mobile generator set, the structure becomes completely autonomous and can be operated without being connected to the mains.
